Flash & Furious: A Fun Family Game!

Joanne and I love family game night, around our kitchen table, and engaging Zadey in fun, play, and sharing. Somehow game night seems to always roll great conversation with her and we discover so much.

It’s also become our bonding time where she can see mommy a bit silly, which is way out of the ordinary, and it has was the foundation for teaching her sportsmanship when Joanne and I agreed, right from the start, that she would have to actually win to win a game.

In Zadey’s eight years our family game nights have become important in her life and a refreshing break for Joanne and I. And, our collection of games is growing, making learning new rules and new games even more exciting.

And it’s because of our family game night tradition that I’m really excited to tell you about the new Flash & Furious game from Patch Products.

Flash & Furious

Flash & Furious is the game where everyone must think on their feet at lightning speed. Designed for up to 4 players, each are assigned a color, and a flash of light in your color signals the beginning of your turn. Answer a question from the unpredictable flashing timer before your light changes and your turn is over.

The questions you answer, when it’s your turn, are simple: name a type of hairsytle, an airline, a hobby, a pizza topping. Think it’s easy, right? Not when you have only about two seconds to come up with your response!

As play progresses, you have to answer even faster.

Flash & Furious is for 2 to 5 plays, ages 12 up. But, let me tell you, Zadey at 8 years old can play this game at warp speed. We have had so much fun testing her with some questions and I cannot wait to see the look on her face when she gets to know Flash & Furious this Christmas.

Family Game Night is something we do every few weeks throughout the year, but now that cold weather is here and the kids’ time outdoors is minimal, we’ll be having it at least once a week. :)

    Thank you for the giveaway!

As a family once every few weeks, with the Teens and tweens, they have game day every sunday afternoon. They move the furniture and the all arrive around noon, and play different games until 5 in the evening.
