The Little Mermaid Diamond Edition

Growing up there were a handful of movies that I adored from our very extensive collection, and by far, The Little Mermaid was my favorite Disney movie. I could watch it for hours on end.

Play. Rewind. Play again.

Yeah, back in the day of VCRs where rewinding was required.

VCRs, because that’s how I roll.

My brothers and sisters hated my movie kicks, because I would spend my entire day watching the same movie. And The Little Mermaid was just one of those.

I knew the entire movie. Every line. Every word to every song. And no, I didn’t allow you to hear the movie, I had to repeat it out loud. You know I could sing, too, right? Top of my lungs like I was a rock star sing!

Zadey has yet to see The Little Mermaid, because it’s only been recently that she’ll watch movies beyond a television series. So I couldn’t be more excited that on October 1, 2013 The Little Mermaid Diamond Edition is being released.

At home, that magical world under the sea is being unleashed. And I can’t wait to have The Little Mermaid be the center of our family movie night!

“The Little Mermaid” has always been my favorite movie. It was the first movie I saw in the theater. I’m even thinking about being “Hipster Ariel” for Halloween.
